184 KENT AVENUE/WILLIAMSBURG LOVE
We did the branding and marketing for this Williamsburg waterfront loft rental building, and it quickly became one of the most popular rental complexes in Brooklyn’s trendiest neighborhood.
We supplemented the campaign with “Williamsburg Love,” a viral video campaign that I pitched, wrote, produced and co-directed. The videos parodied popular dating commercials, while poking fun at the wide range of neighborhood residents. The videos were a huge success in driving traffic to the website in an non-“advertisy” way.
123 Third avenue
123 Third Avenue is a 19-story new construction condominium that was erected at the corner of 14th Street and 3rd Avenue, amid numerous commercial and residential buildings. The developer needed a name for the project, a brand, marketing materials, and much more. But most importantly, they needed to create an identity that would make people want to spend big for a luxury unit.
